1. Nature of the Project

This website presents an artistic thought experiment titled Act 0: Fill the Cargo for the Red Planet. It explores collective participation through submissions and voting. It does not represent a real space mission or governmental authority.

2. Participation

By submitting an entry or casting a vote, you agree to participate respectfully.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
The project reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove submissions at its discretion.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By submitting an entry, you grant the project a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, archive, and include your entry within the Pre-Launch Manifest and related project materials.

4. Voting & Confirmation

Entries may be confirmed for cargo upon reaching a defined voting threshold.
Vote Tickets are valid for 7 days and may expire if unused.
Confirmation does not imply endorsement of content by the project.

5. Blockchain & Tokens

If blockchain records or tokens are issued as part of the project, they function as artistic records of participation.
They are not financial instruments, investments, or guarantees of value.

6. Data & Privacy

The project may collect limited technical information necessary for system operation (such as usernames, timestamps, or wallet addresses, if applicable).
Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Participants may request deletion of their personal data where technically feasible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The project is provided as-is. The organizers are not responsible for technical interruptions, data loss, or unintended system behavior.
