This page shows anchored records — each entry represents a submission that has been approved and permanently recorded. The data fields (txHash, blockHash, contractAddress, etc.) simulate what a real blockchain transaction receipt looks like.
In production, this page would be replaced by an independent blockchain explorer (such as Etherscan), where anyone can verify a record by searching the txHash — without relying on this server at all. This prototype reads from localStorage instead.
